the 8th Day of 31 Days Beading and Peruvian recipes

My 8th Jewelry  Beadwork
Bracelet Lomo de corvina
This bracelet was made with superduos and seed beads..

Lomo al horno
 1 Loin..(soft beef)
salt and pepper
1 red onion
1 bottle of red wine (good Peruvian wine)
1 stick of butter

Lets go to cook! 
soak the loin in wine..and put in the frigider  a whole night .
take out the wine , put salt and pepper and coat the loin with the butter
Add very fine dices of red onion on top
Roast on the grill for 40 minutes
Serve with salad, mash potatoes or rice...
